Coaches who have sat in the seat.

Pathony is built by operators, founders, and executives who have lived the decisions they now help others make. Not frameworks borrowed from a manual. Real experience and achievements in the rooms that mattered.

Greg Gerik
Executive & Leadership Coach

Greg Gerik

Lived range, not a certification.

Greg works with founders, executives, and rising leaders navigating the same high-stakes terrain he spent decades crossing. He has helped build companies from the ground up and worked alongside executives through the moments that define them. Whether the challenge is funding, scaling teams, market pivots, leadership transitions, or executive development, he brings clarity to chaos and confusion.

The best leaders I’ve worked with aren’t the ones with all the answers. They’re the ones who ask better questions, faster, and who build rooms where the truth can show up.
In his words

My clients tell me the experience feels less like advice and more like clarity. I ask the question no one else in their orbit will ask, and then I help them act on the answer.

Every executive eventually hits the ceiling of their own self-awareness. My job is to raise that ceiling. When people ask me what makes a good leader, my answer comes without hesitation: good leaders create clarity; great leaders create the conditions for other people to be great. The first is a skill. The second is a discipline, and it’s the discipline that separates the executives who scale from the ones who plateau.

And what makes executives truly successful? Success at the executive level is never about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about making the room smarter. The executives who endure are relentlessly curious, brutally honest with themselves, and generous with credit. They solve problems by developing people, because a leader who only solves problems builds a bottleneck, while a leader who builds problem-solvers, builds a company.

Travis Brodeen
Founder Coach · Technical & Fundraising

Travis Brodeen

Thirty years of building companies.

Travis came up as a developer in the dotcom days, managed at Ernst & Young, and ran security and architecture inside the Fortune 50. He helped take a training company from a few thousand dollars to seven figures a month and a #21 spot on the Inc. 500 — and helped founders raise more than $325 million.

When he coaches, none of it is theory. He has written the code, run the company, closed the round, and felt what it costs to do all three at once — the technical and the building, the fundraising and the operations, the sales and marketing, and the founder therapy that runs underneath it all.

What I love is the moment it clicks for a founder, when the thing they couldn’t stop thinking about finally becomes real.

Go-to-Market Coach · Operator

Tim Bursch

Action creates clarity.

After two layoffs in twelve months, Tim bet on himself and had his first client a month later. No pipeline, no plan — just hard questions about who he was helping and why it mattered, and the willingness to start before he felt ready. That’s the work he now does with founders.

He’s an operator first, with over twenty years in B2B GTM, partnerships, and business development, including VP roles at Khoros and Gridbase, where his teams built over $5M in revenue. Today he builds his own ventures and serves as a fractional GTM lead for early-stage founders. So when he coaches, it isn’t from theory.

You don’t think your way into momentum, you build it. I’ll help you start.

He works best with founders whose blocker is commercial, strategic, or situational: finding real traction, making the hard call under pressure, navigating investors, or turning a setback into the next chapter.
