Career Coaching

The Executive Performance Program

Our executive program offers tailored services for executives and teams looking to reach higher or increase performance. Through this bespoke approach, not only can you enhance your team’s engagement and well-being, but also elevate their productivity and overall performance and sales.

It’s one thing to lead a high performing team, it’s another to expand your influence beyond your company and have a regional, industry or global voice. This requires the right messaging, speaking opportunities and a clear, differentiated vision and story. We help refine your messaging and story to create compelling content and opportunities to elevate your executive brand through podcasts, events, books and more.
There are many different definitions depending on which program you join. Life Coaches tend to focus on goals beyond career including personal development, family life, life skills, etc. While we always support a journey of personal development, it’s not our primary focus. We often encourage help from additional sources like licensed counselors or other coaches that have specific expertise in personal development where it impedes your career success. After all, we’re all human and to separate work from your life is an impossible task.
Everyone’s needs are different. Our process guides participants through a full evaluation regardless of their career needs or trajectory. This helps eliminate any issues of career bias, limiting beliefs or assumptions that may exist.
The various coaching options vary in terms of timing. We focus on achieving your goals and prioritize the ones that have more immediate needs. Once we complete the goals, we close out the program or step back to monthly, quarterly or yearly check-ins if necessary. The guided career program, for instance, is at least 12 weeks, but timing varies because it’s personal and depends on individual needs.
While resume updates and a new digital presence, including LinkedIn profile updates, are part of our approach, we focus on providing a sustainable career path. We take a wholistic approach to helping executives develop a long term blueprint, not a quick job placement.
